1. Booking Cancellation

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments made for vehicle reservation, hotel bookings, permits, or special travel arrangements may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on supplier policies.

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund may be applicable.

5. Service Cancellation by Company

If Shri Guru Ramdasji Travels is unable to provide the confirmed service due to unavoidable circumstances, a suitable alternative or applicable refund may be offered.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment method.
